PAYMENT METHODS

Payment by card

We accept payment through the Redsys platform with any of the following cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, DISCOVER, China Union Pay and Amex.

The details requested for payment must match those of your card. Check the information entered carefully, as a mistake could result in the card being rejected. Before making payment, check the expiry date of the card, as well as the set spending limit.

In order to confirm payment with your bank, it is sometimes necessary to follow the additional instructions appearing on the screen to authorise the transaction, either by entering the security code associated to the card for e-commerce use, or through a single-use PIN number sent to your mobile telephone.

In some cases, you may have to contact the bank that issued the card in order to activate its use for online payments.
